Ich hab ja auch schon mal Facon aus Seitan gemacht - auch super und für andere Gericht auch eine großartige Option, aber Reispapierbacon mag ich fast noch lieber. Außerdem ist es auch recht schnell gemacht.  

Das Rezept ist ursprünglich von 2016, aber ich habe es 2022 basierend auf neuen Erkenntnissen aktualisiert :) Jetzt weiß ich nämlich, wie das weniger Sauerei macht (backen statt braten!)

A lot of people out there consider eating bacon a religion... or at least they treat it in a similar way. So I thought about what makes bacon so tasty.
