Heiligabend | Christmas Eve

Erster Gang: 

Blattsalate (mit etwas frischer Petersilie und Minze!) mit Granatapfelkernen und gesalzenen Pistazien in Balsamicodressing

First course:

Different types of lettuce (with some fresh parsley and mint!) with pomegranate seeds and salted pistachios in a balsamico dressing

Zweiter Gang: 

Mock Duck in Rotwein-Sahne-Sauce, Kartoffelklößen, Romanesco und Preiselbeeren.

Second Course: 

Mock Duck in a red wine and cream sauce, potato dumplings, romanesco, and lingonberries.

Dritter Gang: 

Apple Crumble mit Karamellsauce [Rezept!]

Third Course: 

Apple Crumble with caramel sauce [Recipe!]
